KinImmerse

KinImmerse
KinImmerse is a piece of visualization software created in collaboration with David J. Zielinski at Duke University to visualize macromolecules (DNA, RNA, Protein) in the Duke Immersive Virtual Environment (DiVE).  The DiVE is a 6-sided, fully-enclosed, virtual reality facility in the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University.  A paper describing this work was published in February of 2009.  The paper can be downloaded at the bottom of this page, or by clicking the following link (KinImmerse Paper).
